As a part of the commemorations to mark the 200th anniversary of the outbreak of Greece’s Independence war against the Ottoman rule in 1821. The Hellenic Club of Canberra, in partnership with the Greek Community of Canberra and Fair Canberra Inc, embarked on bringing their very own Hellenic Festival: Street Food of the World.
We are proud to have been a part of this undertaking. Despite the weather, the festival was a huge success. We wish The Hellenic Club of Canberra all the best for future festivals, we hope that they can continue to bring this event to the people of Canberra.
